DESIGN
The engineering department is composed out of licensed engineers and technicians. The team has many years of experience in implementation of complex projects in various industries, enabling us to realize complex projects while taking care of the specific requirements of each user.
Design of the automatic control system is followed by the design of low voltage electrical installations. The projects also includes complete specifications of primary flow elements. While designing systems for automatic control additional care is given to the process connection of instrumentation.
Given technical documentation is done according to domestic and international standards.
Execution of work
Execution of work is done by a team of experienced engineers and technicians. Execution of work includes:
- Assembly of control cabinets
- Mechanical installation of process connections
- Installation of cable routes, laying and connecting cables
The implementation of equipment is done according to the manufacturer’s instructions, according to domestic and international standards.
Application software
Application software is implemented according to the requirements of each user, taking extra care in the technology and standards that make sure that the plant is running safely. This includes:
- Application software for PLC
- Application software for SCADA
Testing and commissioning
After equipment installation, engineers and technicians test all of the signal, power and process connections of the measuring and regulating equipment. Before commissioning, process instrumentation, actuators and control parameters are all examined in detail.
Service and maintenance
Service interventions are performed by trained specialists. Production downtime of industrial plants is lowered by realizing corrective and preventive maintenance contracts. Emphasis is placed on preventive maintenance, which lowers the chance of failure or downtime while production is active.
